The minister noted that the newly appointed leader began his professional career in the internal affairs bodies almost 30 years ago. A significant part of his work biography is associated with the Voronezh region, where, after graduating from the police school, he worked as an investigator in one of the regional departments, according to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the federal territory "Sirius".
Alexander Kulikov gained extensive practical and managerial experience, heading the units of the criminal block, as well as territorial bodies at the district level in two constituent entities of the Russian Federation, therefore he knows well the organization of the activities of each service of this important link in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
At the end of September, there were also personnel changes in the police department of the Beloglinsky district. So, the deputy chief of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the edge, Major General of the Internal Service Vitaly Naumeiko, introduced the new leader to the personnel - Police Lieutenant Colonel Igor Sergeev .
Naumeiko noted that Igor Sergeev has sufficient experience in the internal affairs bodies, and expressed confidence that in his new post he will act as efficiently as possible.
