The Investigation Department for the city of Tuapse of the TFR in the Territory has completed the investigation of a criminal case against the head of the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 6 in the Territory, accused of accepting a bribe on an especially large scale.
As Kubanskie Novosti previously reported, a relative of the figurant is the share owner of one of the hotels, built in violation of the issued building permit. At the same time, the suspect knew that instead of the permitted two-storey building, three floors were erected on the site and demanded from the officials of the district administration to issue an illegal permit for the construction of a hotel up to seven floors.
This became known to law enforcement officers, and her further actions were suppressed.
In addition, at the end of January 2021, the director of a construction organization applied to the investigation department with a statement about transferring a bribe to the head of the tax inspectorate. According to the investigation, in 2014 a woman demanded money from him for general patronage. To legitimize his claims, the man had to conclude a lease agreement for a cottage between the firm he headed and her relative, which was done. Subsequently, the man transferred 4.5 million rubles to the current account of a relative of the suspect, but who is in the use of the latter.

During the investigation, the accused was placed in custody. The investigation has collected a sufficient evidence base, in connection with which a criminal case with an approved indictment will soon be sent to court, the press service of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory reports.
