These results were achieved due to the first stage of the implementation of the national project "Labor productivity", in which the company has been participating since March 2021.

Experts of the Federal Center of Competence are accompanying the implementation of lean technologies, according to the press service of the Krasnodar Territory Administration.
LLC "NMT" is one of the leading enterprises of the Novorossiysk transport hub. The terminal's capacity is 4.1 million tons per year. Optimization of the process of transshipment of dark oil products was chosen as a pilot stream. It accounts for 93% of the revenue share.
- The largest port hub in the country is gradually introducing lean approaches. The pioneer was the Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port, where after the completion of the active phase of the project, the reserve for additional revenue amounted to 120 million rubles. Now, taking into account the share of the pilot stream's proceeds, the Novorossiysk fuel oil terminal has been “covered” by lean production by almost 100%. The real economic effect due to the implementation of the national project measures amounted to 40 million rubles, - said the Minister of Economy of the Krasnodar Territory Alexei Yurtayev.
Over the six months at the Novorossiysk fuel oil terminal, the output of production personnel involved in the discharge of oil products increased by 36%, the time of cargo transshipment decreased by 20%, and stocks in the flow decreased by 11%. 32 employees were trained in lean manufacturing tools.
- Together with the working group of the enterprise, a reference section was created - railway overpasses for unloading. There, the work of two workshops is coordinated: cargo transshipment and heat treatment, thanks to which the process has accelerated by 4%, - said Andrey Saydakov, project manager of the Federal Competence Center .
The region has been tasked with attracting 248 medium and large enterprises of basic non-resource sectors of the economy to the implementation of the national project by 2024. Today, 142 regional companies are implementing measures to increase labor productivity.
