Anapa Mayor's Office wants to free a plot of about 62 hectares from tenants

The undeveloped land massif is located in the Parkovy microdistrict, between the Anapsky and Supsekhskoye highways.

The resort authorities applied to the Regional Arbitration Court with a claim against the Moscow Terra Management-2 LLC and the Anapa LLC SZ Gamma to declare absent the lease rights to 22 land plots with a total area of ​​about 62 hectares. This is an undeveloped land mass in the Parkovy microdistrict, between Anapsky and Supsekhskoye highways, the press service of the city administration reports. The plots are intended for the construction of multi-apartment and individual housing, social facilities, placement of green spaces. Currently, they are under arrest by the court. The mayor's office clarified that previously Terra Management-2 LLC was a tenant of a land mass of about 100 hectares between Anapsky and Supsekhskoye highways. The company was planning a comprehensive development of the territory. However, the project was never implemented. Since 2017, Terra Management-2 has divided the array into plots and began to assign the right to lease them. Some have already started construction. - Now the mayor's office asks to recognize the absent lease right for 20 plots that remained in lease from Terra-Management-2, as well as 2 plots leased by SZ Gamma, - the press service of the mayor's office said. At the same time, in March 2021, the Regional Arbitration Court declared absent the lease right of Terra Management-2 LLC to a land plot with an area of ​​5.2 hectares, which is also part of a large land mass. At the end of July 2021, the decision came into legal force, it was left unchanged by the appellate instance. - This land mass is surrounded by several densely populated residential complexes, where there is a critical lack of social facilities and public spaces. Therefore, first of all, there should appear a school, a kindergarten, a clinic, a park and other facilities necessary for a comfortable life. The development can only be comprehensive and not to the detriment of the resort, which is experiencing colossal stress on the infrastructure, - said the mayor of Anapa Vasily Shvets . The mayor added that the administration has already canceled the construction of 1 million square meters. m of housing not provided with social infrastructure.
