Krasnodar Territory ranked second in the country in attracting private organizations to provide social services

Its results were presented by the RF Ministry of Economic Development.

When compiling the rating, several criteria were taken into account:

• participation of socially oriented non-profit organizations in the provision of public services in the sectors of the social sphere,
• introduction of competitive methods of their provision,
• municipal measures to support SONPO and social entrepreneurship,
• tax incentive measures.

Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra - 1st place, Krasnodar Territory - 2nd place, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug - 3rd place - out of 85 Russian regions in the top 3 at the end of 2020. Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Tatyana Ilyushnikova noted that the Krasnodar Territory has made a big leap in the ranking. If in 2018 Kuban occupied 46th place in it, then in 2019 the region rose to 13th place, and already in 2020 it immediately took the second. - In the Krasnodar Territory, over three years, the grant support of socially oriented non-profit organizations has doubled, the list of social services has been expanded, the tariffs for existing social services in several regional state programs have been revised. All sectoral state programs of the social sphere include activities aimed at attracting the third sector of the economy to the provision of services to the population, - said the vice-governor of the region Igor Galas . In 2020, 314 non-profit organizations received financial support from local budgets for a total of 217 million rubles, the press service of the regional administration reports.
