Another 226 people fell ill with coronavirus in the Kuban over the past day

COVID-19 was confirmed in 140 women and 86 men under the age of 93. Including, 25 children were infected.
In Krasnodar, 68 people were infected, in Sochi - in 32, in the Belorechensky region - in 12. In the Apsheronsky region, 11 cases, in Goryachy Klyuch - 10, in the Pavlovsky region - 8. 7 new patients each in the Seversky and Ust-Labinsky regions , 6 each - in the Caucasian and Starominsky. 5 cases of infection were recorded in Novorossiysk, Armavir, Kushchevsky, Labinsky and Uspensky districts. 4 new patients each in Tuapse, Vyselkovsky and Krasnoarmeisky districts. Three positive results were obtained in Gelendzhik, Kurganinsky, Temryuk and Shcherbinovsky districts. 2 cases each in Dinsky and Slavyansky districts, one each in Kanevsky, Krylovsky, Leningradsky, Otradnensky, Novokubansky and Mostovsky districts. Over the entire period, 74,585 cases of COVID-19 infection were registered in the Krasnodar Territory, including 4,948 among children. The incidence rate per 100 thousand of the population is 1312.2. According to the regional health ministry, as of October 3, 54,058 patients were discharged with recovery, of which 162 were discharged in the last 24 hours. 6,319 people have died. 79 patients are in serious condition on mechanical ventilation, five on ECMO. In hospitals, 3,209 residents are being treated, 10,999 at home. In total, according to the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory, since the beginning of the pandemic, 423,811 citizens have applied to medical institutions in the Kuban with suspicion of COVID-19. The laboratories conducted 4,623,648 studies, of which 11,079 were carried out in the last 24 hours.
