Krasnodar police caught a street robber

The criminal investigation department of the Krasnodar police detained a suspect in a street robbery.

According to the press service of the Russian MIA Administration for Krasnodar, a local resident contacted the police. Near a grocery store located on Rossiyskaya Street, two unknown young people approached him and asked for a phone number to call. Krasnodar lent them his gadget, after which the latter with the use of physical force openly kidnapped him. The damage amounted to 10 thousand rubles. Law enforcers established that a previously unconvicted 32-year-old resident of the Republic of Adygea was involved in the robbery, who was detained in the Angarsk passage. It is known that his accomplice handed over someone else's phone to a pawnshop. A criminal case of robbery is being investigated against the suspect. The young man was arrested and faces up to seven years in prison. The police are looking for his accomplice.
