44 groups in kindergartens and 199 classes in schools were closed due to coronavirus in the Krasnodar Territory

Pupils of kindergartens are on self-isolation, schoolchildren have switched to distance learning.

According to the regional ministry of education, science and youth policy, as of October 6, the following are closed in the region:

• 44 groups in 27 kindergartens in 12 cities and regions (Krasnodar, Sochi, Vyselkovsky, Yeysky, Kanevsky, Kalininsky, Krasnoarmeisky, Novokubansky, Labinsky, Leningradsky, Tikhoretsky and Tuapse districts). There are 784 children on self-isolation.
• 199 classes in 76 schools in 22 cities and regions (Krasnodar, Goryachy Klyuch, Novorossiysk, Sochi, Abinsky, Apsheronsky, Dinsky, Kalininsky, Kanevsky, Krasnoarmeysky, Korenovsky, Kurganinsky, Krylovsky, Krymsky, Starominsky, Seversky, Labinsky, Leningradsky, Novokubansky, Tikhoretsky, Tuapse and Uspensky districts). 4071 students are on self-isolation.
• 6 groups in 6 professional educational organizations. 140 students.

There are no educational organizations closed for influenza / ARVI, the regional operational headquarters reports. Recall that in the Krasnodar Territory, a coronavirus infection was confirmed in 218 people per day . Among the cases, 165 are women and 53 are men under the age of 87.
